I thought he absolutely nailed his role in ONE GOOD TURN, which is a sorely underrated thriller from the 1990s.

My favorite will always be Ajax in The Warriors. He made his bone there. It would be hard to say which is his best because he has been in a lot of movies or tv shows. One of my other favorites was when he was a guest start of "7th Heaven" when he played a widower who crushed on the wife because he mistook kindness for affection and he missed his wife so much and was still grieving her death.
He was so incredibly sweet and vulnerable I just wanted to give him a hug.

Drugstore Cowboy
Its like his "Anti-Role"
A man with a Drug Problem playing a man going after a Drug Addict. Must've been tough but he excelled. That's a favorite film of mine, PERIOD. But, Remar was great

Imo, his performance was the only tolerable one I could stomach but it's not enough to save that film. Anyway, his best imo was on Walker Texas Ranger playing the drug-dealing principal.

blinks. repeatedly.
Everyone says they hate this role so much that I can't tell if you're serious.
On one hand, it's very cheesy. On the other, he's not too bad as a bleach blondthough how a gal can notice the hair when she's looking at those ripped arms, I'll never know!

I don't know about "cold"he was certainly as warm as a man-whore gets. More like selfish and nasty.
When he showed up again in season six,
that
was the worst! It's like they totally rewrote the character! Of course, I'm sure we were supposed to see it as Samantha's perspective having changed after being with Smith for a while, so that's why he seemed so coarse.

Funny, "cold and nasty" is exactly how I'd describe his character Richard in Sex and the City. I could never warm up to him because of that. But I like him in The Warriors. I came here to see if I knew him from anywhere else but no luck despite all the work he's done.

I hear
One Good Turn
can really get a fangirl like me hot under the collar.
I can't make a decisionI like various of his roles for various reasons.
The first one that comes to mind, though, I think, is Jonah Prowse. Something about the way he dressed, the way they wrote the character (and the way he lived it) made him sowell, maybe "cold and nasty" is the wrong terminology. But he could be very tender at times, tooespecially with Emily.
