Was there a brief loss of consciousness straight after she received injury? It is quite worrying that nobody did anything sooner.

I rarely say this to people I don't know, but you are an idiot. You're data is flawed and inaccurate, yet you pass it along as though it's real. What's worse, you can cost lives with this nonsense. Lastly, it does not, does not belong here.

Just listened to the interview with Liam Neeson on 60 Minutes. He said(I'm paraphrasing) an ambulance came but she refused. She was escorted back to her suite. She called Neeson and told him that she'd taken a tumble but was ok. FF a few hours and the situation and taken a horrible 180 turn.

Key word, "refused treatment". There is nothing anyone can do legally, when a person refuses to get treatment. ANY kind of head injury, no matter how minimal you think it may be, needs to be monitored. I hope everyone learns a lesson from Natasha Richardson, who was a vibrant beautiful lady.

I'm not sure where you're getting your info, but she didn't feel nauseous right away. She felt fine for a few hours and then got a bad headache. Just like my response to the original post, if she had felt nauseous right away, then she would probably be alive today. Nausea is a classic sign of a concussion and she probably wouldn't have refused treatment.

It was reported that the fall knocked her dizzy and she felt nauseous but after a few minutes she said she felt fine and they went about their day before she then collapsed a few hours later and never regained consciousness.
I think it generally happens with head injuries where it's fatal from the start but can be quite some time before anything happens.

No. She seemed absolutely fine immediately after - and for couple hours, apparently.
