<p dir="auto">He's certainly not an artist but auteur? Probably. His movies are almost always entirely his. Even when he bases his work off of someone else(From Dusk till Dawn, Sin City), he still does a fair number of job duties on set. Ranging from cinematographer, editor, composer, visual effects supervisor, re-recoding mixer etc. If that's not an auteur then I don't know what is.</p>
