I wondered whatever became of this because they showed her on Inside Edition today after having broken her knee, but they didn't say anything about her going blind.
She was walking around quite well with no help from anyone only a walker because of her knee but not because of her eyesight.

Yes. How many people do we know/see in our lifetime who actually turn blind?
It's strange and sad to imagine that someone we're so familiar with, will have such a huge change in their physical life
