I just watched the video of her receiving her Honorary Oscar. She was so funny accepting it! Her story about her interaction with Bette Davis was so funny!! She still had "IT" on that stage. She has her mind and wit.although moving slower of course! She is a rare gem. Her son said, in he speech, she told him she can do anything..when he explained he had to tell her to reshoot a scene and he wanted her to act in a certain way!
Not sure about her son's speechhis hands were in his pockets the whole time. Body Language means he's not feeling good about himself or something like thatbut his speech was pleasant toward her.
I love the movie Gloria so I wish she could stay 50 forever! What a life she has lived!
