I do buy my oatmeal instant in a sense that comes in a box with individual packs of organic rolled oats only that have no added sugar. It's convenient for me as I just take the packet out and add water to heat before adding all the additional toppings.

I like oatmeal, but I’m too lazy to cook it. I don’t like the instant. It’s like glue.

I prepare mine the night before but they get a quick blast in the microwave in the morning to cook them.

I've seen many recipes for overnight oats and it always looks good. I could never get the texture right when I tried it myself. A little too chewy for my liking. I usually cook my oats into oatmeal every morning.
