I was so looking forward to seeing Rod Taylor as Churchill in Inglourious Basterds. Though he is showing his age a bit by Hollywood standards (ie: no extensive procedures to approximate youth) he is still quite sharp and animate. But in his one scene he looked propped up, as if he was too weary or 'out of it' to be allowed to do more.
He can still act, and I wish his role was bigger.
Auto-Tune is not a genre, please stop treating it as such.

Possibly deliberate given the knowledge that Churchill was a bit of an alco.

it was hardly even a cameo. it was NOTHING.
Tarantino has one of his favorite actors of all time in a movie, and had to beg him to come back from Australian retirement to do the movie, and he utters one word that you can't even understand.
Churchill wasn't that old during the war so I guess they had to show the very old Rod Taylor, who didn't age too well even in the 1970's, for a split second. but it was a waste of time. they could have put the key grip in make up to play Winston.
