She speaks her reality and it resonates with me in ways that make me love and respect her even more as a person, personality and kindred spirit.<br />

<p dir="auto">I understand what you mean by "crying joyfully." I go through the same thing when I watch her. Her presence, voice, and the articulate insightfulness that she expresses her thoughts with is nothing short of mesmerizing to me. I feel "divinely favored" by being alive during her lifetime and having the opportunity to experience her work as well as the emotional journey that I am bound to go on as she acts through so many stages of the human condition in what seems to be accomplished in such an effortless way. I love the convictions that she has about her work. In my opinion, Ms. Cicely Tyson is a phenomenal human being with one of the highest regards for life, humanity, and the PURPOSE of the individual.</p>
