there was just something sexy yet goofy about the characters she regularly played back in the 80's and early to mid 90'sshe was so sexy as the dorky barmaid in 'roadhouse' and sad yet so sexy as the suicidal patient of 'bruce willis' in the euro-trash opus 'color of night'.

Interesting, just finished watching King of California, in which an early 40-ish Kathy dons a bikini and plays a "swinger"-ish role, and a2000 buch of memories of her 80's roles came flooding back.
