I saw Wilson last night in a rerun of "Hawaii Five-O" and, frankly, I
was thunder-struck at how lousy her performance was. I'm talking
remarkably awful. Most of her dialogue sounded dubbed, which didn't
help. Since I know so little about her, other than her being married
to Tom Hanks, I will give her the benefit of the doubt that this was
the exception, rather than the rule. Or IS it? Is she this lousy
all the time?

Touchy, aren't we? Do we have a poster of Ms. Wilson in our bedroom (you
know, your mom's basement?).
I did not say Ms. Wilson was a lousy actor generally. In fact, I admitted
I know little about her. I was open either way to opinions. But like
it or not, Chum, good actors can triumph over bad TV scripts. SoYou
have two choices:

Either Ms. Wilson is a talented actor who just gave a crummy
performance (and plenty of talented actors DO give lousy performances).

She is lousy all the time.
I could be snarky (like you) and say that judging from the fact that
nobody ('cept you) has comb68e to defend Mrs. Hanks, it's probably the
latter. Frankly, I don't give a s@#t.
