Quit that stupid damn show (I'm sure it's already taped though) and move back here to Plymouth. The Rock Studios would be a great thing for him to get involved in and could perhaps catapult his career back where it should be. There's so much going on here on the east coast, so if the west coast doesn't want him, we'll take him back!
He's a phenomenal actor and obviously good looking to boot. I know people come on boards and say things like "oh I know him, blah blah" but I have met David we were at a very small wedding together and another function this was right before he left to go film Baywatch and he only had a commercial or something out there at the time. He was a friend of my husband (my husband's best friend's college roommate, so they're not that close that they keep in touch, but they've been on a few guy trips together back in the day). I just think that David is a star and he's not all looks. What happened that producer's, directors, studios, etc. didn't want to work with him? It's crazy.
Another thing about that show, he wasn't a child star that I knew of, was he? I was just shocked to see him on there and surprised that he can't get work.
GOOD LUCK TO HIM, but I still think he needs to come back here and get himself involved in the studio, it's going to be a big deal.

He gets work, just not the type he wants. The show is about heart throbs that teens liked, which is a category he barely fits into since he had a wide varietey of fans. It seemed to me the show needs him in the cast to boost it's ratings. He's the only reason I watch.
I've always liked him, and never even watched Baywatch. I even googled him a few months ago, and on here his star meter was down at the time, it said down 8%, now it's risin over 95%.
The show is helping. Nobody was paying attention before, and now they are. And he's been typecast as just eye candy, and Baywatch was a show that you only needed to look good in a swimsuit.
But I don't undestand why people don't get it is difficult to go from a red thong on Baywatch to accepting an Oscar. People judge on first impressions, and studio people are people.
The good thing for him is he ages very very well so no need to rush for a comeback. He'll still have everyone swooning when he's 60. I'd watch his movies then too.
