as Auric Goldfinger in the 1964 classic era Bond film.
Can you imagine anyone else in the role? Despite his voice being dubbed because of his heavy accent, Gert Frbe projected th2000e facial expressions, mannerisms and body language that correctly portrayed the menace and insanity of his character.
As a result, Gert Frbe rightly earned the praise and honor of becoming the Bond series most memorable villain character, and that is one significant feat considering just how many Bond films there are to date.
Gert Frbe's fantastic portrayal of Goldfinger also sat the standard for Bond villainy that many a Actor has has to meet in the years since. Not a bad legacy at all for such a talented Actor!
Filling up your tank is filling up the pockets of the enemy
