He really screwed up as Dumbledore. He acted tooanimalistic, for lack of a better word. He was bad ass, but too prone to anger and yelling. Richard Harris did a better job but I'm not sure If he could have gotten the "bad ass/intimidating" aspect of Albus as well as Michael did. It's a shame Ian McKellen didn't want the role and Christopher Lee didn't have time. They probably would have cared enough to read the books and be faithful to the character.

I agree. I came here to say Richard Harris is a beep legend and this guy beep it up. He had no personality as Dumbledore. I didn't even care when he died in Half Blood Prince. The character was dead to me after Chamber of Secrets.
