<p dir="auto">Christopher Lee would have been a better choice. I know he usually plays villains but he's talented enough to play someone like Albus.</p>

<p dir="auto">I always thought that the second Dumbledore was more mean and intimidating than the first. Glad to see others agree with me. Kind of makes it easier when he dies at the end of the 6th movie.</p>

<p dir="auto">I agree. He is a good actor, he just doesn't fit the role of Dumbledore well at all. In the books he was supposed to come off as kindly and gentle but Gambon doesn't come off this way naturally at all. Richard Harris was perfect in this role and they really miscast Dumbledore the second time around.</p>
