<p dir="auto">2000In the Batman movie in 1966, Romero plays the Joker as I remember him, boisterous with the loud laugh - HOO-HOO-HA-HA.  Very theatrical.<br />
In some of the early episodes of Batman, the Joker is the villain, but to me he seems quieter.  His laugh is quieter, and he isnt as loud.  Still theatrical, just quieter.  As the show progresses he went back to the boisterous Joker.<br />
Am I right?</p>
