<p dir="auto">I think Caesar Romero played an apartment manager in a French film about a guy who takes the apartment of a woman who committed suicide and gets taken over by the woman's personality.  Anyone know the title or where I can find it on dvd or tape?</p>

<p dir="auto">You just described Roman Polanski's The Tenant (French title: Le Locataire).  A great, eerie film I haven't seen in years.  Romero is not in the film.  You are likely thinking of Melvyn Douglas, who plays the landlord.</p>
