I don't see this happening anytime soon, if ever. Although I think she has some iconic music videos, Christina has always been known for her vocal talent rather than as a music video icon. The Michael Jackson Vanguard Award also tends to get awarded to artists MTV thinks will pull in big ratings (like Timberlake and Rihanna). Christina would need another hit album first.
