Plenty women (and men) are pretty happy to live together forever and not do the church thing. In fact, an agreement between two people is more romantic a notion than entering into writing a contract that's approved by chuch/state. If you can't trust your partner's word, then that piece of paper wouldn't mean anything either.
So I've no doubt she'll find her man (if she hasn't already), but that doesn't mean she'll tie the knot. Depends on how she feels about that particular institution.
