you know on modern family she put on a fake spanish voice right? it was an exaggerated accent which put back hispanics and spanish people 50 years in american culture bc it fed into the negative stereotypes of the stupid ignorant and loud and obnoxious hispanics in america.
and you know it's fake bc years before in 1995 she was on a tv show on univision a hispanic tv channel in america. and on this show she spoke in the spanish language and her way of talking emoting and pronouncing words is completely different than on mf and is not loud, obnoxious, annoying or stupid and low intelligent, over the top acting sounding at all. it's just normal sounding. and she wasn't acting on this show she was just a tv show presenter, so just being herself.
she was literally unlistenable on modern family. and no matter how hard i tried to listen to her on this show and maybe put her voice and accent in the background of my mind and my attention i was never able to do this bc her voice and accent was always so f-ing annoying and loud that it always was front and center of my attention i couldn't block it out. horrible and inexcusable the fact that they let her talk this way on this show at all times.
