Maybe no one cared then, but I'm glad some people do now. Men like him and that other creep with Fast & Furious could potentially destroy a young girl's life.

Two studies have investigated the association between age difference and aspects of females' sexual debut. Abma and colleagues used 1995 NSFG data to examine partner age difference in the context of measuring "wantedness" of first intercourse. Their findings suggested that wantedness is inversely related to the age difference between a young woman and her partner, and that it may be related to her limited control over the situation.6 Furthermore, Leitenberg and Saltzman found that among females who had had first sexual intercourse at ages 11-12, those who had a partner five or more years their senior had an elevated risk of attempted suicide, substance abuse and pregnancy. Among females who had had first intercourse between the ages of 13 and 15, having older partners was associated only with truancy. In contrast, among females whose age at first intercourse was 16-18, having older partners was not linked to these negative outcomes. Thus, adverse effects of partner age difference may lessen as females mature.7

Yeah Poor Courtney she appeared on Big Brother,has a net worth 300 grand and she is going to get a shtload of money from the divorce so yeah you are right her life is ruined lol. As for Paul Walker and his girlfriend i am not saying they were not having sex,but we have no proof,the only way he would have gone to jail is if she pressed charges against him and testified in court.

Has Brad Pitt in his 40s dated a teen? Nope. He's with a woman appropriate to his age. Paul Walker's relationship was very controversialand was basically only saved by the fact that he continued the relationship well into the girls 20s and right up until his death (so it was clearly not about her underage status).
That last bit, however, doesn't apparently apply to the creepy and disgusting Doug Hutchison, who, now that his little teen bride is 18, has filed for divorce. SHOCKER. Guess he doesn't just play a creepy guy on TVhe is one in real life. -

So it was ok for Brad to date 16 year old girls in his 20s just as long as he was not 40 And it was ok for Paul because he dated her well into her 20s? I don't get what you are trying to say and Paul's relationship was known but it did not get the same attention that Doug and Courtney's Marriage did.

Mid-to-late adolescents usually have physical characteristics near (or in some cases, identical) to that of full-grown adults; psychiatrist and sexologist Fred Berlin states that
most men can find persons in this age group sexually attractive
, but that "of course, that doesn't mean they're going to act on it. Some men who become involved with teenagers may not have a particular disorder. Opportunity and other factors may have contributed to their behaving in the way they do". -

Why? Paul Walker was good looking,successful and gave to charity and for the millionth time Doug and Courtney's marriage was completely legal. I think more people would be ok with men in their late 20s or older dating teens if they were like Paul Walker or at least began a relationship the legal way instead of praying on them,abducting them and holding them against their will. If i had a 16 year old daughter she would have my blessing if the person was successful,gave to charity and a gentleman and if i had a 16 year old son i could not be against him being with a woman in her 20s that is beautiful,my kids would have my blessing 5b4as long as they don't become parents while still in school. Again age of consent in most states is 16 or 17

Very true. But it's still creepy no matter who it is/was doing it.
Also, you compare the other 16 year olds to Strodden, you will soon question what did Dough saw in her in first place.. (other than her fake tatas).
I think that is why people are casting stones at him. We all know Dough didn't fall for her personality. -

I can't call their marriage creepy since it was not illegal and Courtney was not harmed or in any kind of danger. However i will say this marriage was probably the biggest mistake in Doug's life since he basically loss everything(family,agent and has to pay Courtnb68ey money from the divorce)
