Kinda looks like Christian Bale, especially in The Ruins. Also sorta looks like some guy who looks like Norm MacDonab68ld, but I can't remember his name.

When I first saw him in "The Ruins" I thought he looked like James McAvoy!?? lol
Then I was like, uhhh nevermind. haha
I thought he was ugly in the beginning but his looks grew on me and he's actually quite handsome. Nice bod, too.

He totally looks like Cole Hauser. I am watching the ruins and I thought it was cole so I looked up who plays Jeff and I was shocked that it was not Cole. So I agree with you 100%.
