Christ, people never actually read the posts on here before replying do they?
I agree wholeheartedly wit1c84h the OP. Yes, Tucker does often SOUND like Maguire. Just close your eyes, and you will begin to hear the resemblance in their tones.
Their mannerisms and expressions are also similar, so the comparisons don't seem off the wall to me at all.

Similar tone of voice yes, but the resemblance ends there Luckily! Jonathan is hot, Tobey is not.

everyone will probablly hate me for this but it sounds like he has a speech impediment likw he has a terrible lisp at least thats what it sounded like in the ruins

Tucker definately has a speech issue I have noticed. Not a bad thing, but it is noticeable. I could see how you may relate the voice to Tobey Maguire, but Tucker's voice is scratchier, hotter, part of what makes him sexy. Tobey is more boy next door, and they certainly DO NOT lookalike.

Its not a speech impediment its called an accent he is from Boston and speaks with a Boston accent.

When I heard him in the SVU episode he was in, I thought he sounded like Anton Yelchin who played the the kid in the Criminal Minds episode Sex, Birth, Death.
