Scott is not just a martial artist and stuntman,he knows how to act,acting wise he can play these characters,Dolph Lundgren played Punisher once and that was a pretty good movie and I think Scott can make a better Punisher

Maybe, but I'd like to see an older actor play Slade Wilson.

I think Jason Isaacs would kill it in that role.

Doesn't look5b4 enough like Daniel Rand.

I don't think so, the Netflix series start filming this summer and Scott already busy with another show and a couple of movies.
Hmmm, just had a thought. I know quite a few fans of his wanted him for Batman but since Ben Affleck is already cast as the character I just thought of another character he could play that's pretty close to the part, and its in the same universe as a matter of fact Bruce Wayne's long lost brother Talon/Owlman.
If they ever adapted The Court of Owls saga on film or did a movie I think Scott would make a good fit for the part. I mean, he does look a little like Affleck does so the thought of them playing siblings wouldn't be a huge stretch, actually
