I would also like to know. I vaguely remember reading that he did not sign on for a full season, but I may be wrong. Does anyone know anything more?

Does anyone know why Claude Atkins was only on a few episodes of the first season of Murder She Wrote?
I certainly love Seth, but it would have been cool to have both him and Ethan in episodes. I always enjoyed it when familiar Cabot Cove faces showed up.
