I was just watching an episode of Scrubs from the second season, and I could have sworn I saw his name in the credits. Was he in Scrubs at all?

Unlikely. IMDB has the Scrubs Michael Alaimo in a 1985 episode of Cheers as a potential suitor for waitress Carla, when Marc's son with that name would only have been 14.
