If he wasn't great before the character completely lost it following the death of Zial (or however you spell it) his performance as the mentally unstable Dukat is just amazing and I can watch those episodes again and again. It's amazing he hasn't had much more work following DS9. One of the best performances f5b4rom a recurring character in the franchise.

This guy just own every single scene he is in.
I don't understand why we have not seen more of him since Deep Space Nine.

He was great even at the beginning of DS9. Look at his eyes. Full of expression.
