On an episode of Hunter (Season 1: The Shooter), watch his facial expressions and acting style and tell me this man is not one of the better actors in Hollywood. I am glad he is getting work these days but he should be more well known as an actor not for his voice work.

He was unbelievable in the episode "Duet" of Star Trek Deep Space Nine. I was blown away by how easy it was for him to act like a war criminal.

Marc did not play that character in Duet. He played Dukat.
You're probably thinking of Harris Yulin. He played Amin Marritza/Gul Darhe'el.
