This may sound like a strange topic, but I thought I'd give it a go. Just put up a part in a Beck song that really stuck with you.
For me, the Outro of "Milk and Honey" is all kinds of great to me. Check out the live video of it on Youtube to see what I mean.
Also, I'm a fan of the guitar riffing that goes on in the end of "Chemtrails." It's good to know that Beck is willing to try new things and still be rooted in the vital elements of his music (great lyrics, melodies and arranging, etc).

Mine more go with his lyrics.
For instance in Hell Yes when he says "My beat is correct!"
Or in Lost Cause where he twists the chorus to be "I'm tired of fighting, tired of fighting. Fighting for a lost cause."
For sounds, his bridge in Devil's Haircut is awesome.

Funny thing is that line "My beat is correct" was my favourite line too but thats because i thought he was saying "My penis erect".
Also love when he shouts "And make all the lesbians scream!" in Mixed Business and "Silver foxes lookin' for romance, in the chain-smoke Kansas flash-dance ass-pants" in Hotwax. Gonna stop now before i fill a whole thread on all his fantastic moments.
Oh ya and also that THUMP that comes in towards the end of Ramshackle -
