Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Marshall Bell

    wkwhiteford — 19 years ago(November 04, 2006 01:04 PM)

have been startled in recent viewings of unremarkable movies recommended by my unperceptive daughter: "whose wasted & bitter persona is that?" So, to satisfy my nagging curiosity, I've suffered through the ennui induced by the aforementioned movie. Yes! I do remember that it is Marshall Bell, nevertheless identifiable despite the ravages of time compounded by unfortunate (?) pyscho/physical deficiencies. Which is an arrant assumption on my part.
What in the World happened to you? If booze has been your bugaboo, is there any chance of a resurgence of heretofore unrealized talent? Is there any "there" there?
I was very attached to your mom and dad. Blake (?) was a vivid and amusing person. Arch was equally vital and amusing. He had unendurable career suffering from his "boss" Phil Bohart a first-class prick and bully. My own dad enjoyed smothering Bohart's succession at Gulf qand sending him toHell.
Here's wishing you better luck during your declining years. Your talented
parents should have left a residue of better exspectations.
    -Bill Whiteford

before you try to sound like some Havard intellectual, maybe you should buy a dictionary. It's "errant". Spellcheck - get it, use it, live it.
