My best friend's brother Matt used to play basketball with hm when they were kids and he told me who they used to chant his name over and over. Then he'd cry. I already know everyone will not believe me but I know it's true so whatever. I just thought it was kind of sad and figured I'd share it.
Also, two christmas(es) ago I walked right past him in the local mall. It was pretty cool. -

i met him when he was a student at Wake Forest University. Years later they were filming "Eddie" (w/ Whoopi Goldberg) in town and Marc was an extra as a basketball player. The production crew invited the public in as unpaid extras to fill the seats of the basketball gym during the shoot to which i joined in. During a filming break i went down to courtside to the edge of the set to say hi to Marc and he walked over and chatted with me right there in front of the entire gym and production set. I had only met him once before yet he remembered my name and was super cool and friendly. Made me feel like a million bucks.
