Actually can say I have watched Serpent's Kiss. It was one of the most unintentionally funny movies I have seen in a long time. I really can't fault Ewan or Charley for making it, but what was Pete Poslethwait thinking? He already had a career and this film was a very poor choice. Of course, from what I understand, they spent most of their time (other than filming) in a bar, so maybe he just needed a holiday?
