Try growing up in a town with the pop of 870, that's a small town.
Wanting to be someone else is a waste of who you are.

I'm sorry but 53000+ is not small, much less a town (that's a small city). And even if it is small in land area, that probably means that it is part of a much larger metro area - when adding up Whittier, Valinda, W. Covina, El Monte, and S. El Monte you're talking around 400,000 people within a 12 mile radius of Hacienda Heights.

I probably don't know what I'm takling about because I'm from a small city in Canada, but 53000 is not a small town, it's a city for sure.

Very good question. Ketchup is actually a fruit! It's a magical fruit!

Any town with a mall is not a small town.

i grew up in sherman oaks cali, but i've also lived in arkansas and have visited most of the states in the south. i suppose people who have only lived in southern cali feel hacienda heights is small, but honestly as a person whose lived other places it opened my eyes to the fact that los angeles county doesn't really have any small areas. if you think it's small, obviously you haven't lived in the south or the midwest. my guess is you've lived in l.a. your whole life. fort smith ark, for example, has a population of 70,000 and is considered a large city in the state of ark. most cities in the surronding areas have well under 1,000 population. now those are small towns.

i think people that live in southern california don't exactly grasp the concept of 'small'. i lived in texas for two years but was pretty much was born and raised and am currently residing in so cal (very close to hacienda) and let me tell you hacienda is NOT a small town not if you've lived else where, where the main source of entertainment is cow tipping sorry no offense.

i thought it was kind of funny hearing a texan say that others dont grasp the concept of small!
but yeah you're right nothing about so cal is small. that is unless you go around mammoth or kern county where you might find some towns with populations of under a 1000 people.
