"Sometimes my face is more beautiful than the leading lady's." (quote on IMDB)
He actually said this? Wowan ego big enough to match his stunning looks.
Where has this actor been all my life? I'm a huge classic movie fan, but only discovered Rossano recentlyfirst with Joan Crawford in "The Story of *** ***" (girls' name I can't remember), then today in "Light in the Piazza" with Olivia de Havilland. I'm totally hooked now, especially since in the first one he was a bad guy, albeit still charmingbut in Piazza, he absolutely swe5b4pt me off my feet as he did Olivia de H. However, I must agree with himhis face was more beautiful than both of these two leading ladies'Crawford's by a long shot, and Olivia's by a nose. I'll be watching closely for more of his movies.

I loved him in South Pacific and also in a movie called Summertime, where he definitely outshone Katherine Hepburn. Then there is Three Coins In The Fountain where he looks and sounds terrific. He was a very sexy man for his time and yet remained married for many years to the same woman.

Even his accent was sexy..lol.
I didn't find anything I saw him in when his accent wasn't sexy.
French, Italian (which he definitely was, although he often played a frenchman) and British accents really draw me. Guys like him are just not around anymore. Our loss. (I also like Charles Boyer. He made the original Love Affair movie and it is really good, just not the same as the second one)

Great voice. Very sexy and the accent was an added blessing. Too bad he's not still around. I enjoy his movie "Summertime" very much, even though I am not really a Katherine Hepburn fan. And "Three Coins In The Fountain".

Ah, the Italians!!! My father looked a lot like him, but was taller. He, too, was Northern Italian, and had that wonderful accent and a very deep voice. Mamma watched "South Pacific" a lot after Papa died because Rossano Brazzi reminded her of him, and she always cried.

I don't watch a lot of films with Rossano Brazzi, but everytime I see him in a movie, I'm amazed at how hot he was. Not just that he was good looking many stars are but he really conveys sexual heat.
Good for him. -

so right! i'm watching summertime right now and the first scene he's in when he's staring at katherine hepburn. i swear sex is oozing out of every one of his pores! rarely have i seen such a charisma that it literally comes through the screen. other actors are certainly good looking, but few have this. steve mcqueen did too.
so incredibly gorgeous is an understatement for this man. can't wait to watch his other movies. -

Ah, Rossano Brazzi. That voice, that accent, those eyes, just everything! Absolutely he oozed sex out of every pore. It is too bad we don't have actors like this in the movies anymore. Clark Gable and Errol Flynn belong in this category, too. The actors these days don't have the charisma or the looks. Compare Brad Pitt to Rossano Brazzi. Brad, hang your head in shame. You're not even close.

Well, I love them both, but cannot say he's more beautiful than Olivia, even by a nose.
Howeverlook at them. I was shocked when I just read that she is older. Never would I have thought that. Now, granted, they were born the same year, but I would have said she was significantly younger.
Still, they are both eye candy!
P.S. The
entire
movie is an ode to the house of Dior!!!
