    Or is his DOB incorrect?
    He would have been 40-41 when this was filmed.
    However, he looked 50-55 in the movie.
    Would SEEM to suggest that either he was aged for the movie, or his DOB is incorrect.
    Anyone know?

      Any source I've read on him all say he was born in 1916 so that made him 41 (South Pacific was actually filmed in 1957 & released the following year) Three years earlier he was in The Barefoot Contessa and still looked a relatively young 38.
      They either aged him or he prematurely started turning grey haired.
