It always seems like something really bad is gonna happen but we've got to have faith on good stuff such as he recovering from this, even if I never get the chance to personally tell him Xander's my favourite character, let's just be positive he'll be well.

How do you know he has millions of dollar to afford help?
Actors are not the millionaires some people expect them to be; and Brendon, in particular, has gone on record saying that he is in debt (his mother said both personal debts and to the IRS)
