I've been watching Not Going Out and I didn't realise she was the same girl from The Office. She looks sweeter in Not Going Out, she seemed a bit rough and ready in The Office. Change of hair colour perhaps.

Donna was the daughter of David Brent's mate who was staying with Brent for a while. She has it on with the young man in the Office (I don't remember his name). She was pretty regularly on in the first series.

I agree. Sally Bretton is a very lovely woman indeed. Moreover, she's also a damn fine actress. I thought Sally was excellent as cynical veteran reporter Tammy in the interesting seriocomic short "A Fitting Tribute."
