Christina Cox, from Chronicles of Riddick (HOT HOT HOT!).
Not sure what Tara looks like now, I'm sure still pretty, but go 16d0to Yahoo and try to pull up pictures of both in these roles, they look very similar.

I had to look up E.B.'s BIO just to see if it was her mother.
