How can you put Henry Lee Lucas and not Otis Toole? They were partners. And Otis was the cannibal, as Lucas found human flesh "too gamey".
And technically, Richard Speck and Ed Gein weren't seial killers. Gein is believed to have only killed 2 people, leaving him one short of the requisite number. He was more of a grave robber. And Speck killed those nurses in one night, so he is more of a mass murderer.
