He has Hungarian ancestors, I'm Hungarian too. C.K. stands for "Szekely" which is a Hungarian word for the Hungarians who live in Transilvania, Romania. If you pronounce the word "Szekely" it sounds very similar to the letters "C" and "K".
As far as I'm concerned, "Say" "K" would sound better and would be more similar to "Szekely" -

Yes I'm Hungarian too, Székely means Szekler(=native Hungarians from Szeklerland, Transylvania) in Hungarian.
The Hungarian Alphabet has 44 letters, it's difficult to pronounce for Americans his real name and that's why he uses C.K.
If you're interested:
Sz- counts as one letter in Hungarian pronounced as
s
ay- you don't have this either, pronounced as caf

K- pronounced as

E- like b

Ly- also a Hungarian letter, pronounced as he

When pronounced it sounds similar to C.K. but if you would pronounce Székely as C.K. to Hungarians they wouldn't have an idea what you're talking about. Hope I could help.
