I put this in the "I love still Love you" thread, but I think it needs to go here too.
I also got a glimpse of that stupid show and as much as I love him (David), i am sooooooooo glad I didn't watch the whole thing, nor do I plan to EVER watch again. IMHO, Trump needs to fire Hatch-oh wait, he's (Hatch)going to jail for tax evasion. hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
He treated David like CRAP and someone needs to slap him senseless!!!!! Maybe when he gets to jail, one of his "girl friends" will put him in his place!!! -

David tried lying to get out of the DUI but it failed. David goes up on stage drunk all the time and has been banned from some places. Katie's mom had to take David to court on a couple of occassions. Did you know he tried to deny paternity to Katie? Now that she is famous he wants everyone to know they are related.
You are trying to make believe David is a stand up guy and that is not the case. -

And how do you know he's not? BTW, maybe the reason he didn't claim Katie at first, was he didn't know about her. I first heard of her when she was 15 years old and on one of those children of famous stars and she was using the Cassidy name THEN.
Also, she rerecorded I Think I Love You that same year. So to say he didn't claim her til she became famous is a CROCK!!!
So, who was using whom????? -

DC knew about he. Sherry is an old time friend of David for 15 years before Katie was born.
David chose not to be around her and David disowned her mother Evelyn who is now in a nursing home for encouraging Katie to go into show business.
David made the minimum on child support. Kate said that David only sought to have a relationship with her when she was older.
This article is a few years old. You can see that David once again has rb68eps speaking for him. They are calling Katie's mother vindictive and the figure that they state that Katie was getting in child support was inflated to like $5,000 while she stated it was $500.00.
According to the documents, David also allegedly called his daughter a "spoiled little bitch", and his lack of presence has fuelled her, "Anxiety, anger and depression."

what I saw was not an article. It was a TV special about famous people's kids. Katie was 15 at the time, already had been using the Cassidy name and David WAS featured and they made sure to mention she was his daughter!

On Katie's birth certificate, her last name was Cassidy. Katie was also close to Evelyn (David's mother. The late Great Jack Cassidy paved the way for them all to be in show business and I am sure he is proud.
David is a nobody to people in her age group.
SHe is being hired on her own merit and not her last name. -

Did you ever think that Cassidy got fired by Trump because Trump understands that Hatch being a douchebag will bring ratings, and a little mouse of a guy won't because he won't cause conflicts?
The firing had nothing to do with who deserved to be fired, but everything to do with ratings.
