I sat next to a lovely woman on the train today and we had a good old natter down from Edinburgh to London. She was absolutely delightful and mentioned she was an actor and I knew I recognised her but couldnt picture where from. I happened to notice she was reading a script and saw her name on it, Racquel Cassidy. Being a nosey bastard I looked her up to see if she was on here. I cant believe it was Susan from Teachers, I used to have such a crush on her! Have to say she is even nicer and funnier in person than she was in that show. When she mentioned she was an actor I was going to make a joke about appearing in Casualty or The Bill (as they joke about in Extras) - glad I didnt now as I see she's been in both!
