What's the role though?
What I'm ASSuming from the article I linked is that HC is going to play an online predator. A perv! The film was written for Ben, so I assume he's going to play the good guy. I don't think this will be a Silence of the Lamb type villain part. The movie is described as Gone Girl meets Seven.
Maybe, the victim isn't a victim, and she is in cahoots w/HC's character.

By the way, I heard about this project in tweets a few days ago, but I couldn't did up anything. Now, that is officially announced, it looks as if they have to shop this film, so they don't seem to have a distributor. I'm ASSuming. -

It sounds interesting. I'm interested. I'm thinking Sir Ben is the online predator and Henry is the one figuring things out and the wife is the one helping Ben's character SPOILER ALERT!

So Daddario plays the wife and the movie is a Seven meets something else.. Hmmm She keeps her head 'til the end of the movie.
If he plays the online predator hmmm again so apt. [evil] Hopefully this movie reaches the cinema and not be stuck on Netflix.
Too bad the message boards won't be around for us to discuss the film or the shooting of the film
But for those interested two new IMDB clone boards have been created. One is called IMDB 2, and one is called the GotBoard, simply because it was created by people into Game of Thrones. They don't have specific boards for each actor, but I suppose one can just start a thread in one of the existing folders or petition the creators to create one for an actor. They already did so for specific TV movies.
Would be nice if future discussion or gossip sharing can be continued there.

Did they say she would play the wife or it's just an assumption?
If it's like Gone Girl, I think she plays a part in the crime. If it's like 7, she's a victim. -

First, they have to pitch it to investors to get it made and distributed.

I"m happy for wherever it ends up. i'm not familiar with Netflix or Amazon's viewing systems/sites? i used to watch some things on Hulu but those shows ended because ABC & Prospect Park dicked around with lawsuits and stuff.
i'm happy for whatever will get more of Henry's movies out there.
Apparently there is nothing that cannot happen today. -

with the Great Wall, it was a scheduling conflict with either BvS or Justice League and the director left.
with Stratton, i think he tried to do something that he may have not been prepared for with the production side of things.
some projects work out, some don't. i think it's okay to be optimistic about this especially with all of the stuff going on in the world

Aquariana: Netflix is a HUGE platform.
I am a big fan of Netflix, but NOT everyone in the world has access to Netflix. So sometimes, not everyone can even see the "great run" of the movie.
I wanted to watch Spike Lee's Chi-Raq which is available on Amazon. But hey I live in a corner of the world I can't access Amazon movies. I hoped it would get released in the cinema but no such luck. It's not even available on DVD where I live.
And yes, the speed of streaming is not the same for every part of the globe in some parts of the world, the streaming speed sucks. Try watching a Netflix movie when the streaming is not on optimal speed, and you see the images pixelating or the screen just stops.
So nothing wrong with Netflix or Amazon, unless you live in a part of the world where streaming sucks or even the streaming provider is not available. So, my first preference would be to see it in the old fashioned movie theatre if I can, otherwise I'll have to wait for it to come out on DVD (if it ever does).

Try putting the movie on pause for 30 seconds and then press play. Usually, that's all it takes. -

Thanks, Poetist. But really, we have real problems with the streaming where we live. Something to do with how badly the infrastructure was set up for 'supposed high-speed' internet. It didn't even matter what internet or telecommmunications company we went with. All of them use the same crappy infrastructure. It already made the news here that it's a common problem across the country. We have people reporting going to some places around the US, like Hawaii, and they commented that your internet is so much faster than ours!
On good days we're ok, but I just want to throw something at the TV when our speed slows down (and there are far too many days of those happening!)

Sounds interesting! Finally, Henry in something other than JL. I'm also glad to see that he's working with Daddario; she's one of the few actress who actually matches his beauty, IMO. They're going to look so lovely together.
And I have much love for Sir Ben Kingsley. He's a very talented actor and it's good that HC is working with him.
Let's hope that Henry gets a chance to show some real acting chops.
