      GREAT for him!.
CAA made his movies with Warner. Warner have been bad business for him. Bad quality movies and nothing great for his future.
WME usually works with FOX. Now, I suppose Henry Cavill is going to work with OTHER studios like FOX or even Disney.
SIR RIDLEY SCOTT, ALIEN: COVENANT, THE CARTEL, THE FORCE, WRAITHS OF THE BROKEN LAND, etc.

No one outside of a few fans of
        The Tudors
would know who he is if not for CAA getting him cast on
        Man of Steel
. They hardly destroyed a thriving A-list career, although now that he's world famous it's possible WME will steer him toward more critically acclaimed projects.

          Is WME better than CAA?

Coke, it's considered one of the Big Four. The four are: CAA, UTA, WME, and ICM.
HC's move from CAA to WME is interesting, because it's the same move that the Rock did. I guess that advice was from Dany.

It's most likely going to be a short TV stint, unless he's dropped as SM. WME is in the business of making money, so HC can't coast.
He was only allowed to coast w/CAA, because they were getting a cut of the SM money, but what will WME get?
Nothing, if they allow HC to do what he's been doing, vacationing.

Good I say. He should be working more? Yes, yes he should. He is vacationing extra long it seems but maybe he's been planning and vacationing.
                    Get ta work Henry!
Speaking of a short TV stint, it wouldn't hurt him to get in on an Netflix or Amazon or cable series. Work a little then take a year long break to do something else if he wanted.
