i don't know much about candis. i just read her bio but i think she's awesome. we really only get to hear about the tragic lives of transgendered people. they are though of as "freak shows" and "sinners" by most of society. candis is a perfect example of a transgendered person living a normal life. marriage, kid, successful career. you go girl.

Oh my, the rage.
You are clearly very ignorant. The AFA can whine all they want, it's not going to change anything. If someone doesn't think their children should be informed of different lifestyles and be accepting of others, if someone wants their child to grow up not knowing the facts and being biased and cruel to those who they don't understand, they are welcome to change the channel. Why do we need an organization to help us raise our kids? -

It's called DIRTY, SEXY money. It's on after 10pm. It has a warning before the show airs. It has a "mature" rating. If your ten year old is still watching it and you don't like it, I'm sorry that's your own idiocy.

I just saw her story in Inside Edition and I was amazed because I had no idea that she was born a male. But she is one hot woman (who used to be a man).
I wish her all the success in the world.

Actually I saw her in a live interview (before I knew she used to be a man) and I thought she/he was very attractive. It wasn't until later in the interview that I found out that she used to be a man. Had no idea and just thought that she had had some plastic surgery and wore lots of make up. To me, she looks more real than those chicks on Real Housewives from Orange County or whatever that show is called. But to each is own.

I think she finally had it but I'm not sure. I know on Inside Edition she said that she was a female impersonator in the past but she may have had a sex change since she's married or getting married and has a kid (of course not by birth). But I don't know.

Well I say congratulations to both HER and HER husband. I'm sure they'll raise their kid to be a great person, unlike the millions of biased homophobes out there who don't.

Wow! I find it so cool that you can see the future
and why, exactly, would the kid be screwed up? Because you say so?
Can I just ask you- if you wake up tomorrow in a mans body, would you get surgery to change back to a woman? Or would you live as a man? Because transexual people are just people who were born the wrong sex. Theres nothing screwed up or wrong about that.
And as for the times you're not around, I wouldn't particularly mind it if you were-Brian -

"Because tra16d0nsexual people are just people who were born the wrong sex"
Not true. They obviously have a psychological problem and that is how it should be handled. Not with surgery and body mutulation. You are born the way you are meant to be. If you were born a woman you'll always be a woman and vice versa. -

"If you were born a woman you'll always be a woman and vice versa."
Precisely, my dear. Candis was born a woman. There wasn't anything she could do about it except adapt her body to reflect that. She'll always be a woman the way that you will always be an idiot. I encourage you to accept both. -

Some of these posts are making me SICK. We are All human beings. Unfortunately, there are FAR too many "ings" trying to be "human".
Those who simply want nothing more than to achieve "Being Human", should simply be given the Grace due them. IF you HAVE to speak of GOD, Buddha, Jesu, Muhammad, THE, He, She, Thou, or WHATEVER HOLY NAME Though Proclaims, then all you "believers" ought to accept that "THE" doesn't MAKE MISTAKES!! It's a tremendous shame that the folks who seek to correct their body "ERROR" are made to feel SHAME.
What is wrong with ALL OF US?? No one is better than the nextYO! No one of us gets to claim a higher status!! We are flesh, blood, bone and water. We have GOT to STOP picking on each other! We're are ALL the same! (Yes, even Republicans, Democrats AND Liberalshaha.laugh, ok???)
You, who have these bigotries ,should be ashamed of yourselves.
We are all equally wonderful and perfect in our own way. -

Really?
Because transexual people are the only ones who can "cure" their "psychological problem" with an operation. That, by definition, means their problem is physical, not mental.
