I thought the new doctor that appeared in season four of Stargate Atlantis was her (thinking of the "Becky" alternate in the Roseanne tv series)
I later found out that the Stargate Atlantis Doctor actress use to play in Firefly tv series, and the Rosanne alternate daughter Becky plays in Scrubs.

I think she looks like Will Ferrell - talk about seperated at birth, I cannot believe it when I see her on TV. I'm alwasy like "Oh this guy is so funny" then I realise it's Sarah!! I have the same problem when Sarah is on as well. I start thinking "When did he dye his hair?" and5b4 then I realise!!

You are totally right. She's back on GH and even with the dark hair they look scary alike.
