I mean some people really do become engaged for a while before they actually marry. I mean it may help keep their marriage or relationship alive for longer than. Look at some people that were together for a short time before married and their marriage only lasted 2 years. I mean even some of the unmarried couples stayed together or are still together for longer.
BTW I swear I thought I had actually heard that they had gotten married (sometime around when Maneater came out) but I guest not. -

Why question it? It gives hope for all the other guys out there that have absolutely no shot in the world with her. It'da0s that dnagling cupcake you just never can have because it's being held out in front of you. Except in this case the cupcake is a pretty girl.

Just for the record, they've been together for almost ten and engaged for six now.
