Does anyone know if this movie is independent or is it going to be in theaters?

It IS independent, but that doesn't mean it won't be in theatres. They're looking for a distributor. I'd expect limited distribution, if it does get theatrical distribution.

Well they still aren't in theatres, are they?

No, but how many idependent pictures have got into theaters practically 3 years after it's been made?

I wouldn't know, but I imagine there are precedents. I don't know why you're being so unpleasant. I just tried to answer your question. When the indie hasn't gone into DVD release, it's often an indication that they're holding out for a theatrical release first. The DVD is only available in a plain wrapper on an unpromoted basis at this point. I never said it would be in theatres anyway. All I said was that if it were released to theatres it would probably be a very limited release.

Sorry, sweetie, I don't mean to be unpleasant. All I know is my little sister would love to see this movie since she's in love with Gale Harold.

You can order it from Luis Moro films, and it's a very nice DVD, though it doesn't have any extras or chapter divisions. I like the movie a lot. There have been some complaints on other IMDB boards about Michelle's performance (usually complaining5b4 about her southern accent), but I thought she was great, and I'm a southerner. I didn't hear any accent problems at all. Gale is AMAZING, and he and Michelle have mucho chemistry.
