His "bold" interview with the Israeli Ambassador on June 8 or 9, 2010, in the aftermath of the Gaza blockade massacre was as big a giant suck-up as anyone could have done. clap. clap.
Helen Thomas had guts to say what she did and she is a crafty, old broad and knew exactly where it would get her. Colbert is a play-it-safe calculating coward for what he didn't say. But, Colbert knows his audience, and knows when to puss- out. There's some constants in life you just don't mess with, if you're playing it safe. And that's what Colbert is. That and gutless. -

What I would expect to hear, "acctully".

Stephen Colbert is a cowardly, POS. But at least he's in "good company", with thousands of other gutless aiders and abettors of Israel in US politics and the media that are too craven and spineless to dare to utter any dissension to the apartheid Zionazi regime running Israel. -

Yes, clearly Helen Thomas's plan to relocate upwards of 7 million people who currently live in Israel to Europe and elsewhere, despite the fact that many of them where actually born in Israel, is really viable. Plus, it let's all those aging people most of whom are over 80 get back to the homes that aren't there anymore. Palestinians being kicked off their land through intimidation/war is wrong and tragic, but now an even bigger mess is being proposed by Helen Thomas. At this point, you can't simply eliminate Israel, it would be like kicking out everyone in America except Native Americans and sending them back towherever. I'm German/Irish/Slovak/Polish so where would I go, despite the fact that I am 3rd/4th (and in some cases 15th generation) American. Also, bear in mind, Colbert is freaking comedian. He is not a politician, lobbyist etc. He is there to make people laugh and entertain them. He is not going to "stand up" to a guest, he is gonna joke with him. Why must you push your agenda onto a comedian? Why must you politicize everything? If you watch Colbert you can actually learn a lot more about what is going on in the world than from most "real" news shows and it'll actually be entertaining as well.

I think if I ever met him it would probably get physical very quick and not in a good way for him.
You would hit someone just for disagreeing with your politics? You sound like someone with very low intelligence. Maybe you've been hit too many times? Maybe you should rethink your approach?
