There is an extremely awesome scene in Leprechaun 4 where her pants get ripped off and her sexy legs are shown off for the remainder of the movie.
Also, I know its not Jessica Collins, but another good "beautiful woman pantless scene"in in Tremors, when Finn Carter takes off her pants to escape a barbed wire trap.
Those are the best "pantsless woman with nice legs" scenes Ive ever seen.
