child actors yes I agree with you about that. but I'm talking about the ages from 20-22. but yeah child actors like Kirk Cameron, Danny Bonaduce, Maureen McCormick, they almost always have 10 to 15 years tops of a career.

I don't think 24 is that late. But starting in your 30's I think is surprise and impressive - not because you're of an age, but because in Hollywood's eyes you aren't viable any more.

fuc# you. I didn't say it diminishes his talent. how much talent do you have? why does it matter? its completely irrelevant to this discussion. so, why did you bring up how much talent do I have? you are stupid and are a moron for asking that question. why did you attack me for no reason. oh, because your are ignorant and retarded.

Yeah it is odd. There are many other great actors around that started even later than that, like in their 30s. It makes me wonder what they did before that and what changed their passion into acting.

no it isn't odd that he started so early. it is odd that he started so late. 24 is really old of an age to start acting. most people start acting right out of college at 20 or 22.

But then again, he was the ONE TRULY who earned his way into acting. He finished college and a masters. He did what any proud parent would want their kid to do.
Most other actors/actresses are either spoonfed their arrival into acting or they are dropouts. This is ONE THING that makes me his fan. The fact that he earned his way.

that is really cool, but what is better than that is what james franco did he actually went to college after being a famous and huge star in Hollywood and got his degree. now, THAT is rare. coming from a huge position of power and having your career set for the next 20 or 30 years, never having to work outside of acting for the rest of your life but still going to college and getting your degree.

Better than not going to college at all; however, I would still say Bradley is more logical. Franco actually had connections to the movie industry and so his career started. Bradley had no one. If he banked on acting and THEN went to college, who would have known if Bradley would have been who he is today. Always get your education first and then work your dreams.

lol 24 really isn't "old" at all. Some people are way too age obsessed these days. Most male actors only really start getting good roles once they are in their 30s anyway.

not true. traditionally and conventionally actors start acting at 20 years old in movies and tv shows and so 24 is really old in comparison. actresses also usually start acting at 20 years old in movies and tv shows.
and no, most male actors start getting good roles once they are 25 years old and the same goes for actresses.

There is no statistic about most actors starting at 20. That's something you made up. "Really old" is a case of perception.
No, most male actors only start getting good roles in their 30s. Compare the youngest Best Actor winners to the youngest Best Actress winners.

24 is late? I was expected to read that he started in his mid-30s or something.

No they don't, because a ton of actors and actresses don't even go to college, nevermind graduate.
